The Challenge
Freedom Recycling provides reliable, environmentally conscious skip hire and waste management across Norfolk and East Anglia, for households and businesses alike. But their old website didn’t reflect the dependable reputation they’d built, and it had no online booking: customers had to call or email to order a skip.
They’d also spent 18 months with another provider and still had no new site. They needed a fast, reliable solution that would go live ahead of the Norfolk Show.
What We Did
A clean new website with a booking system built in, so customers can order a skip online without picking up the phone.
01
Mapped out what customers needed to book a skip online, from sizes and availability to pricing and payment, with the Norfolk Show as a fixed deadline.
02
A clean, modern, mobile-responsive design that’s easy to navigate, builds trust and shows every skip with clear specifications and transparent pricing.
03
A custom WooCommerce booking system: customers choose a skip size, check availability and book online in minutes, with secure payments built in.
04
A simple tool for booking free on-site audits for business waste, plus SEO and conversion-focused design to keep the site growing after launch.

Far fewer phone enquiries and much less manual order processing, so staff can focus on operations.
